Extremely friendly staff. All if them, from the receptionists to the dentist and everyone in-between. Clean building. I feel great about the next steps I was given. There wasn't that long of a wait. I was in and out in about an hour. I'm not looking forward to the root canal I have to get but I trust them 100%.

Love this dentist! For years I had a fear of the dentist from a bad experience but Quality Dental in Pawling changed that for me. The office is clean and I never had to wait more then 10 minutes to be seen or wait a long period of time for an appointment. The girl at the front desk with the red hair (always forget her name), she is SO GREAT! She goes above and beyond her duties! I highly reccomend this dental office. I will always go there in the future and send family and friends their way as well. Go to this dentist, you wont be sorry.

The staff at Pawling were wonderful! Theresa (receptionist) was a pleasure to speak with and very accommodating! I had a great dental cleaning with Ivana and Dr Farrah was so nice. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks Quality dental 😊 …

This office is wonderful starting with the front desk. The ladies are so kind and understanding. Dr Emily was thorough and explained everything in clear detail. I would recommend this office

I’ve been going to this office in pawling for about eight months now and I must say that the staff and doctors there are awesome. The receptionist Teresa goes the extra mile to work with your providers to get you the dental service you need. She’s awesome and I thank and appreciate her so much.

Dr Emily and Nick were absolutely amazing! I went in with tooth pain and needed an extraction asap. Dr Emily was kind through out the entire process. They were quick gently and caring as I expressed how nervous I was. I can’t express how grateful I am to have such amazing care.

Dr. Farrah is by far the best dentist I’ve ever been to. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and cared for. They didn’t just rush into the work—they took time to talk to me, explain what they were doing, and check in on how I was feeling the whole way through. It made such a difference to know exactly what was happening and to feel like my comfort actually mattered. I’ve always been nervous about dental visits, but this experience completely changed that for me. I truly felt like a person, not just a patient, and I can’t recommend Dr. Farrah enough to anyone looking for a dentist who is gentle, communicative, and genuinely cares.

I have been avoiding the dentist for the past few years after a horrible experience. I went in nervous but the staff here was amazing. They were calm and really welcoming. I will be recommending them to everyone who asks!! Also Theresa at the front desk is an angel, she made sure I got an appointment as soon as possible due to my tooth pain! 10/10 recommend.

I had an outstanding experience at Quality Dental. Dana, my dental hygienist, was incredibly meticulous and gave me one of the best cleanings and overall dental experiences I’ve had in a long time. She took her time, checked in often to make sure I was comfortable. My teeth feel exceptionally clean, and her attention to detail and gentle approach really stood out. Absolutely amazing experience! Started off a little rocky due to a miscommunication but was quickly rectified. I went to hopewell office by accident and should of been at the pawling office. They still fit me in their schedule! I had my 7 month old with me and he began to get a little fussy during my cleaning. The wonderful ladies at the front desk kept him busy for me! They were so helpful and im beyond grateful! Loretta was also amazing! Educating me on what i need to do to continue to take care of my teeth and breaking down what will need to be done. Everything was literally amazing and the whole team went above and beyond so I had to leave these wonderful ladies a review. Will always recommend! Thank you so much ladies for all the help with my baby boy 🤎
